Verena Luna is the Founder and President of The Operations Collective. With more than two decades of executive leadership experience, she has built a career centered on operational excellence, strategic leadership, and organizational transformation.

Throughout her career at Nicklaus Children's Health System, she has overseen complex multi-site operations, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, supported the development and opening of new outpatient facilities, led enterprise-wide technology implementations, and mentored emerging leaders into management roles.
